1--Use protective clothing in the form of helmets, long sleeved shirts, and jeans. A good pair of sunglasses for sunlight protection especially ultra-violet rays is highly recommended.
2--Teach the rules about driving and what to do in case of any emergency. Having a first aid box is extremely helpful and make sure they have some kind of identity.
3--Let the kids know well the area they belong to and be clear to remember your phone number. In case they get lost it's so helpful to call you and inform.
Never under-estimate the need of a helmet.
